Wedding Party

BreAnn Rehl - Sister of the bride
BreAnn and I met on February 3rd 2000. From the moment she saw me we were mortal enemies. As time went on and we grew up (she moved out of my parent's house) we became closer. We are now able to tolerate each other for short periods of time. All jokes aside, I couldn't imagine having anyone other than my sister standing by my side on my wedding day!
Paige Bowen - Friend of the bride
I meet Paige in my first clinical group. I’m never one to be super early to class so when I showed up a lot of seats were taken. There happened to be a seat open next to her and she was nice enough to let me sit with her. From there I can’t imagine my life with out her! She is an amazing person and is always willing to help others!
Karen Goodman - Sister of the groom
From the moment I met Karen, I knew we would get along great! She has a bubbly personality and a kind heart. She instantly made me feel like I was part of the family. I am so excited to be gaining another sister! I always know if I'm looking for someone to venture with, she is my go to girl!
Randal Duell - Cousin of the bride
When I was about 12 years old, Randal moved in with my family while she was going to college at USI. As time went on we got to the point where our relationship was more of a sisterly relationship. Lots of fights, laughs, and tormenting each other! Although I may not have been thankful at the time, I am beyond thankful she moved in with us. I always know I will have a good time with lots of laughs when she is around!
Taylor Memmer - Friend of bride
When I first meet Taylor, I was a patient care tech and she was a nurse. I have to admit I was a little terrified of her. During nursing school I was placed on our unit for my practicum and my manager told me she was placing me with Taylor because she wanted me to be taught by the best. I was terrified that I would mess up and she would yell at me. By the end of practicum she was one of my best friends and the best teacher I could have ever asked for. While interviewing for jobs, I asked my manager if I accepted on our unit if I could be trained by Taylor. We became the “Dream Team”. It’s crazy to think that I went from being terrified of her to her being one of the best friends I could have asked for. Now I know when her scary side comes out I just need to snap back and gets her a coffee ;)
Haley Johnson - Friend of Bride
Matthew and I had just moved into our first apartment together with our new little puppy (Milo). I had taken him outside to go potty and a girl was fishing in the pond. After introducing ourselves I had hoped we would develop a friendship but I was too shy to ask for her number. About a month later we were walking Milo and bumped into Haley and Nathan walking their dog. Still to shy to ask for a number we talked for a bit and went our separate ways. One day we hear a knock at our back door, after a few attempts and me working up courage to see who it could be, Nathan and Haley were standing there waiting. They couldn’t remember which door was our front door but remembered the back since she meet me there with Milo. They asked if we wanted to go to the dog park. From there we had daily park dates, got the brothers (Gunner and Ruger), and developed one of the best friendships Matthew and I could ask for! We couldn’t imagine life without these two!
Brian Goodman - Brother of groom
Brian met me on January 27th, 1999. I vaguely remember crying that day. Brian and I are 13 years apart which was good and bad. The good: I became the favorite (still am), I had a role model/someone to go to for advice, I have one bad a** brother. The bad: Brian had to move for college and to make one awesome career. However, he is still someone I look up to and I know that if I ever need advice I can always seek to him. While Brian and I may not be able to see each other everyday we do make up for it with our phone calls and xbox time. Brian being my best man is something I always pictured. Now that it is happening I couldn’t be happier.
Levi Probus - Friend of groom
Levi was one of my roommates Freshman year of college at USI. Levi was instantly someone I knew would be in my wedding. Levi and I have shared so many laughs together. I can always count on Levi between his voice impressions, his epic stories, or the ability to keep you up until 3:00 AM when you have a 9:00 AM class the next morning. Levi is someone I know I can always count on to make me laugh.
Adam Bassemier - Friend of the groom
Adam was also one of my roommates at USI. Adam gets to take bragging rights for being the one who introduced Allie and I. Adam is someone who I can always count on to go along with my crazy ideas. He is always so willing to help others with whatever they might need.
Jack DeStephanis - Friend of the groom
Jack and I have been best friends since 5th grade. We joke that it would have been sooner however we went to different elementary schools. Jack is someone I always knew would be there on my wedding day. The laughs that him and I have shared are endless. I know that anytime we are together I will leave with a new set of abs from all the laughs. I specifically remember one class when it was a free period which we laughed for about 45 minutes straight. Jack is like another brother to me and I can’t wait to look back on all the years of laughs that we will have.
Nathan Lamar - Friend of the groom
Nathan and I met and instantly bonded. Like Allie said we met them over taking the pups to the dog park. Between the dog park trips and the endless double date dinners at Buffalo Wild Wings on Bogo night Thursdays I know that Nathan (and Haley) will be apart of our lives from here on out. Anytime Nathan and I are together I know we will have lots of laughs and probably do something that has Allie and Haley saying “what are you doing” with a slight tone of irritation. I look forward to the years and laughs to come!
