Official Wedding Weekend Details

Samantha and Matt's love story began with a swipe right in February 2020. Two small worlds collided, sparking what would become an everlasting love. Matt happened to be working in Michigan and checking out the "scenery" while Samantha was visiting home after a life changing diagnosis. Who knew her life would be changing in a couple different ways at that time! After chatting for a while, we discovered we were both living in Texas. And just like that, the connection that brought us here today began! It wasn't until late March that we finally met in person. Matt drove down to Austin from Grapevine during a weekend at home. With everything shut down due to Covid, Samantha cooked turkey burgers and Matt took us to Sonic for dessert. That night, they both knew this was the beginning of something special. Over the years, through ice cream dates, vacations, health scares, and long distance, our love grew stronger with every passing year. Whether it was Samantha driving across 5 states to visit Matt on a job or Matt driving through the night to see her when he got a precious weekend off, we always found ways to show up for each other, growing their love and taking on life together.

Jared and Matt met in their early college days at Texas A&M University and became roommates over their time in College Station. Continuing their friendship and living together in their early work days in Grapevine, Texas. You would find them together

Payton and the Bride have been friends for just over 15 years! We spent our middle school/high school years attending school dances and various church outings together!

Dillon and Matt met in high school through mutual friends. Weekend bonfires and floating the river was always on the list of summer must haves with them, their friendship continued on into years spent together at Texas A&M University where football games and the same weekend mischief became a regular thing.

Samantha and Alicia met through Red Rocks Austin back in 2021 in a women's small group. We have been friends since and have grown together over life events! Even tough we now are 3+ hours away through the crazy life curves we still find time for dinner and drinks along the way!

Genie and Samantha met in Austin, TX in 2020 from a "Hello" over the balcony one summer day! We Spent the summer getting together for lawn BBQ's during covid and now we enjoy traveling with her and her husband Josh.

There is never a dull moment when Connor is around! Matt and Connor met in high school in Hutto, TX. The time they shared together consisted of shooting clays, bonfires, and late night adventures around town! Although Connor pursued Baseball in college at Schreiner they maintained their relationship through holidays and summer breaks!
