A. Black Tie Optional

Ladies: Floor-length gowns, sophisticated midi or maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits or pantsuits

Gentlemen: Tuxedos encouraged; dark suits with a tie are also appropriate.

Active/Retired Military: USAF Mess-Dress uniform or service equivalent are encouraged!

A. Country Club Casual

Ladies: A dress, skirt, or tailored pants with a blouse or sweater.

Gentlemen: Slacks or chinos with a button-down shirt; jackets optional, no tie required. No denim, please.



Q. What Color Are the Bridesmaids Wearing?

A. They'll be in Gold!

Q. Can I bring someone not listed on the invitation (plus-ones/children)?

A. To ensure everyone invited has a seat, we can only host the individuals named on each invitation. If you think we missed someone, please reach out to clarify!

Q. I've never been to Colorado before, have any tips?

A. "Welcome, to Thin Air!" Colorado weather in December can be unpredictable—some days cold and snowy, others surprisingly warm. With the high altitude, make sure to stay hydrated. Sunscreen is still important, even in winter, and layering is key so you’re comfortable whether it’s chilly in the morning or warmer by midday. Pack for anything, and you’ll be ready to enjoy the winter scenery and celebrate with us!

Q. I'm not Catholic, Can I go to your Ceremony?

A. Absolutely! Anyone and everyone is welcome! We'll also have pamphlets for you at the Church so you can follow along with the mass and know when to sit and stand!

Q. What if the room block looks full or no rooms are showing up?

A. Our room block is almost full, and the hotel doesn’t notify us automatically when it reaches capacity. If you’re unable to book within the block or your preferred room type/dates aren’t available, please let us know using the form linked above.

Q. When do we need to reach out by to get more rooms added?

A. Our contract allows us to make changes to the number of block rate rooms up until 45 days before. So if you'd like to be included in the block please fill out the form linked above before November 14th! After this point, we won't be able to ensure you book at the room block rate.
