Friends of Friends meeting at a celebration. We begun sharing opinions of the worlds currents affairs and offering advice. This lead us in to Hanging out more. Witch at the time seemed like a way to get free home repairs out of me But I didn't mind. Not to much longer and we found our shared love of Mexican food , taco bell , and the open road. Spoiler two of these get us in a little trouble in the beginning place your bets now. If you guess the open road and taco bell you win. Trying to convince some one to date you when you work night shift can prove to be difficult . On some work days the best I could offer was a good old fashioned 1am taco bell run. Illinois state police did not appreciate my expired tag and cracked tail light as well as me appearing suspect being that it was such an early hour. I panicked as we pulled into an Amren parking lot. I turned to Rachel and promptly asked her to be my girlfriend before the state policeman could walk up to the window. After promising we were still getting taco bell no matter what Rachel said yes! The officer let me off with a warning and we go on our way agreeing that we wouldn't talk about this and that we would tell people That she said yes in the drive through.


Our relationship has seen its downs weather it was just our disagreements or me being gone for work. We have stuck it through. We have had added of two cats and a dog in addition to my step-dog Rachel already had. Together we acquired a house and have been working to make it our home. In summary I still love taco bell, I have replaced that tail light, we agree we want to move out of town, I learned not to leave Rachel alone to long or we get more animals, and she still finds ways to get free house work out of me. I love you dear!

I guess it's my turn for my side of the story. So it all started one night when Matthew came over for a birthday party and I made him change light bulbs, as you seen in his story "free home repairs" he forgot to mention he broke one of the light shades lol. Anyways fast forward to new years eve he came over again for a game night, after that he quickly became the hot topic of my bestfriend (Lacy) and I drives. She's the one who actually encouraged me to tell him how I felt, it only took multiple trips to her house and a lot of drinks lol but I finally did. After that Matthew and I hung out everyday talking about everything under the moon. We both love Mexican,Taco bell, and just driving around with no real destination. Welp thats what got us in trouble (well mostly Matthew lol) we were on the way to Taco bell one night/early morning and we get pulled over by a state boy for the millions of things wrong with his truck. So he pulled over in the Amren parking lot and asked me to be his girlfriend before the cop walked up and we promised to only tell select few the real story until now lol. We still got our Taco Bell after and he asked me to be his girlfriend again. Fast forward three months, Matthew gets a new job and has to leave for three months which was definitely challenging still trying to learn to be in a new relationship then going long distance but we made it. Fast forward again a year we move in together moving from the only place I've ever known. Then another year later he proposes in the Taco bell drive thru the same way he asked me to be his girlfriend and of course I said yes (why else would you be on here reading this) now here we are living together with four animals, two which I randomly brought home and we're living our best life. We've definitely have had our ups and downs but I wouldn't trade him for the world maybe really good Mexican food and a fountain soda from Moto but thats not the point. I loves you so much Matthew thank you for always putting up with me I know its hard sometimes and I can't wait to finally be Mrs. Hendrix!
