Transportation to and from the wedding will be provided and also required by Anchor Trolleys from the Omni Amelia Island Resort, The Hampton Inn Historic downtown, and the Hampton Inn on Sadler Rd. Following the ceremony, transportation is arranged to bring guests back to the Omni Amelia Island Resort or downtown Fernandina Beach, for those who wish to extend the celebration. Limited parking will be available at the venue, please reach out to the bride or groom if you are unable to take the trolley to the venue.

We are requesting formal attire for our celebration. Men can wear a suit or sports coat and women can choose a cocktail or floor length dress!

Of course we cant guarantee anything because it does get chilly in North Florida. While we are hoping for sunny and 75 please bring a shawl, wrap, or even some fur just in case! The ceremony is outdoor but our reception is indoor/outdoor.

We will be providing trolleys for all guests. Please contact the bride or groom if you need to drive to the wedding as parking is extremely limited!

While we love all the kiddos, we are asking for only those who are in the wedding party to attend! We do have trusted babysitting services that we are happy to share with you!

We are limited with our venue capacity so please only those with a plus one included on invitations.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4PM. We ask guests arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to mingle and find your seats. The venue will halt all traffic onto the property at 3:50 PM so please time your arrival accordingly. The venue is approx. 30 minutes away from the Omni Amelia Island Resort and 20 minutes from downtown Fernandina Beach.
