Matthew enjoyed turning Skylar into a baseball fan, taking her to first Cleveland (Guard)ians game. Now you can find them frequenting Progressive field and cheering for Onion in the greatest mascot race of all time!

Early on in their relationship, Skylar attended graduate school and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Matthew was Skylar's number one patient to practice on, and her number one supporter! Now she is officially smarter than Matthew. She was always smarter than Matthew, but the degree makes it official.

Skylar has always loved animals, mostly dogs, but found herself loving a cat after meeting Matthew's cat, Kiki, aka chichi, diablo, cheese, and weasel, when they started dating. Matthew says Skylar has a very ~love hate~ relationship with chichidog.

After 5 years and many trips, Skylar and Matthew jetted to Scotland for a friend's wedding. They toured the Scottish countryside and made their way up through the highlands to the Isle of Skye to celebrate 5 years together. On a misty evening surrounded by only sheep, Matthew finally popped the question at Glenn Fairy. Skylar said yes and even managed to not fall in the mud on the hike down (she did that earlier in the day).

Today Skylar and Matthew enjoy many of the same things as they did when they first started dating, like watching a baseball game or reality tv, and enjoying spending time with each other and chauncer (the cat). They look forward to many more trips together and making many more memories!
