It started more than 3 years ago on Facebook Dating. Messages were going back and forth between us. When It got to the point when we asked each other what we were looking for was kind of just question marks.

Well it took about 2 months and we finally met up. At none other than Fleet Farm. Danielle needed help with her windshield wipers and I was more than happy to put them on for her.

One date led to the second and many more followed. We did many things together that we both individually enjoyed. Shooting, fishing, hiking, garage saling and many other things. But when Danielle found out I could skip a rock really well, I think I got her hooked.

It took a couple trips to Vegas to really show Danielle how good of a gambler I really am. I think I fell in love with her on top of the stratosphere watching over the lights of Las Vegas. We also managed to get sunburned and snowed that same day in Vegas.

In August of 2022 we moved in together in Lakeland and the rest is kind of history.

In May of 23 Matt was acting really weird and took a fire call. He came back to the house dressed in all his fire gear and proposed to me with the fire truck, his friends and our family around him. I was so surprised. I had no idea what was happening. Of course I said yes!
