What time does the ceremony start?
The ceremony starts at 5:30!
When does the reception end?
9 pm!
What time can I arrive to the venue?
The earliest our guests can arrive to the venue is 4:30 pm.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! We highly advise that you car pool as the parking is limited. If you need handicap parking please reach out to the bride and groom as soon as possible to get that arranged. Please save this for people who really are going to need it!
When is the absolute last day I can RSVP?
July 20th, 2024! Anyone who had not responded by this date will kindly be marked as not attending. If you need help with RSVP’s please reach out to Kenzie or Matthew as soon as possible!
Is there a separate venue for the reception?
No! When we were picking out our venue it was important to us that everything could be housed in one venue to cut down on everyone's travel expenses and make the time between the ceremony and reception happen seamlessly.
Is this an outdoor wedding?
Yes! The venue is an outdoor venue. Please dress accordingly. There will be an indoor portion for dinner but the majority of the night will take place outside under the stars.
What will the weather be like?
The perk of Arizona in October is that it is cool outside without being too hot. Think 70s-80s in temperature. Please be advised that it does rain in Arizona and rain could be a possibility.
Will there be assigned seating at the reception or ceremony?
No! We want our family and friends to combine as one and not be separated by sides. Please feel free to sit wherever makes you comfortable and happy!
Are kids allowed?
Yes, we would love to have your kiddos at our wedding. With that being said all of the kids have already been factored into the guest count and we will address your invitation accordingly. If your kids were included in our guest count the wedding invite will be addressed to the blank family. If it’s addressed to Mr. and Mrs. no kids were invited. Anyone under two is the only exception to this rule but you need to disclose that in your rsvp. If you have any questions please reach out to Kenzie!
Are photos allowed?
Yes and no. We do not want anyone taking pictures during our actual ceremony. We have hired a photographer for this exact reason and designated one person to take photos the day of. We want our guests to be in the moment with us not on their phones. During the reception you are more than welcome to take as many photos as you like and we would love to take pictures with our guests at this time.
Can I post pictures of the wedding on social media?

What is the dress code?
We would love for everyone to be in semi-formal attire. Dresses,skirts,pantsuits/rompers,button up shirts, and slacks for example. Please wear cute shoes you can dance in converse,vans,boots,etc. Please no flip flops,crocs, or jeans please. The dress code was created to ensure we get great photos with all of our guests while keeping your comfort in mind. The only color off limits is white please let the bride have her time to shine. Please avoid high heels it is a very big tripping hazard at our venue wear at your own risk. Neither the venue or the happy couple are responsible for any injury if you choose to wear heels as you have been given plenty of warning to not wear them.

We are so excited to have you with us for this special day! Up above in the travel tab you will find links to moderately priced hotels that are close to our venue and airport information.
How are we accommodating food allergies?
Our lovely bride has celiacs disease which is a gluten allergy so food allergies will be taken very seriously. If you have any food allergies please indicate this on your rsvp and we will do everything in our power to make sure your food is safe for you.
Will there be an open bar?
No, we will not be having any alcohol at our wedding. We ask that you please respect our wishes. We will have plenty of soda, lemonade, teas, etc.. available.
