Please RSVP as soon as possible, the last day to RSVP is September 5th. Please still submit a response, even if you are unable to attend.

We ask you kindly arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time, which will begin promptly at 3:30 pm.

The dress code is formal attire. The theme of the wedding is a gothic, vampiric ball and the party colors are maroon, burgundy and gold. Floor length dress or a suit and tie is appropriate.

The ceremony will be held outdoors, while the majority of the reception will take place indoors. Guests can spend time outside during the reception as well, if they choose.

We kindly request all guests refrain from photos and videos during the wedding ceremony, as we wish to have an unplugged ceremony. After the ceremony photos and videos are welcomed!

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated, unless specified by the bride and groom.

Yes, on the invitation we will specify how to alert the bride and groom of any allergies or food restrictions, so this can be clearly communicated to our venue.

There will not be a shuttle service from the hotel to the venue, please arrange to take your own vehicle or carpool.
