Do you need an ID for the bar at the wedding?
Yes! If you look 40 or younger you will be carded by Disney!
Is there transportation to and from the wedding, and in between wedding venues?
Yes! the busses will be picking up and dropping off guests at the resorts that are in the room block. Pop century, Carribean beach and the Boardwalk! They will also be taking guests from the ceremony to the cocktail hour, and from the cocktail hour to the reception!
Do I get a plus one?
Because this is a destination wedding and we need to keep it to a limited number of guests, we are not giving out plus ones. If you are invited to the wedding, your name will formally be on the save the date and invitation.
What is the dress code?
Attire is black tie optional as is adding a touch of Disney magic by wearing shades of blue! Cocktail hour will be outside and it can get cold in the evening in January in Florida, so make sure to come prepared with outerwear!
Can I bring my child?
Although we adore all of our guests children, this is an adults only wedding. In saying that, it could be a great opportunity for a pre or post wedding family vacation! :)
How do I book a room or Disney park tickets?
We kindly request our guests book their room and Disney Park accommodations through Kendy Travels for best rates and room blocks at kendall.rives@acemytravel.com (for tickets less than a 2 day park hopper, we kindly ask you purchase on the Disney website).
Can I stay off Disney property?
Yes, but transportation to and from the wedding will not be provided unless you are staying on Disney property in the room block. Therefore, guests will have to travel via car/uber. If you choose to stay off property, we still ask you book through Kendy Travels for us to be able to keep track of where all of our guests are staying! Welcome bags will be provided to all guests who are staying within our room block only :)
Do I need a park ticket to attend the wedding?
Nope! The wedding group will be entering Epcot through a special event back entrance.
What are the transportation options on property?
All Disney resorts have free bus transportation to all of the Disney Parks and Disney Springs. Select resorts have other forms of transportation to certain parks including the monorail, Sky Liner, and Boats. Select resorts are also within walking distance to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios. Animal Kingdom only can be reached by Disney bus transportation.
Guests can also uber to all of these locations if they choose, except for Magic Kingdom (they do not have a ride share drop off point).
Does Disney World Have an App?
Yes! There is a Walt Disney World App where you can see and manage all of your dining reservations, Genie+, park hours, show times, wait times, and more!
