Hi! My name is Meghan, and I am so lucky to have had Morghan by my side for every moment of my life- big or small. Morghan and Matt are the perfect pair, and I cannot wait to see their love grow- and gain a big brother in the process! 

Meghan Hogg

Hi my name is Ryan, Matt’s best man. Through the extended Steilen-Metzger family, Matt and I are second brothers by association. We go all the way back from selling Pop Secret on Maple Ave, to laying logs in the grass bowl, all the way to Saint Simons. I’m very happy for Matt that Morghan is in his life and can’t wait to see them get married!

I met Morghan her first week of freshman year & knew right away she would be my little. Knowing Morghan since she was a 17 year old has led to so many memories. An early and favorite memory was when we went to a haunted corn maze for a sisterhood event and Morghan cried her entire way through. Since then, we have been each others shoulders to cry on and biggest fans. It's been one of the biggest joys of my life to see everything Morghan has accomplished over the last six years and I can't wait to see what is next. I can always count on Morghan to be on my side supporting me, so I cannot wait to stand by her side while she marries the love of her life- Matt 1!

My name is Tommy, Matt’s older brother. Matt and I had a lively childhood together. It was a constant competition of sports, video games, and life. I like to think I was successful in my older brother duty of making sure Matt is tough, resilient, strong-willed, and passionate. Some of my fondest memories with Matt revolve around fishing together. And although he doesn’t catch as many, or as big, of fish as I do, I cherish the quality time and look forward to future adventures. I am thrilled for M&M as they enter this next chapter of life together. Cheers!

Morghan and I met during the height of COVID. In a time of uncertainty it was clear as day I needed her in my life. Five years later, I am still lucky to call her my best friend. I have cherished every special memory we have shared and hold them close to my heart. I am swooned over the love Matt and Morghan share and cannot wait to be apart of this next chapter of their lives. To many more vacations, wine nights, and dinner dates with Mrs. Metzger! I love you my Morghan! 

Samantha Molinelli

I met Matt through my fraternity Sigma Chi, and we’ve shared awesome adventures to Puerto Rico, Palm Island, and Orlando. He’s the type of guy who can always make you laugh and I’m proud to call him my brother. Then came Morghan- positive, kind, and as passionate about theme parks as I am. These two feel like family and I am so happy to be part of their special day. They’re truly made for each other! 

Alexander Molinelli

I met Morghan in 2020 when we were randomly assigned to live together.  We quickly became great friends and hosted many events at our apartment together throughout the year.  I will always cherish the late nights watching SNL (even though Morghan always fell asleep on the couch during the show). We have remained very close after both graduating from FGCU! Matt, Morghan, and I love to attend the Honda Classic in Palm Beach, FL every year together!

Name is Mason Cox and I met Morghan and Matt my freshman year at Florida Gulf Coast University. I met them both as individuals, Morghan in Bio 2 Lab and Matt while we rushed Sigma Chi. Although I did not pass Bio 2, I did get a great friend. Matt and I were roommates for a year and through a few cases of beer and late nights we became close friends. I remember when these two people, who mean so much to me, first started dating, I knew they were perfect for each other. I am honored to be apart of their special day. Here is to all the adventures we had and those that are coming. Congratulations and I love you both.

One of the (few) great things that came out of Kappa Delta was this friendship I never knew I needed. Morghan and I spent the first three years of college as just “sorority sisters.” After Junior year, I was looking for a new place to live and Morghan’s UV apartment had an open room (thanks Liz!). I moved in shortly after my 21st birthday and Papa Hogg definitely thought I had an issue when he saw how many (gifted) bottles of Fireball I brought…hahaha. Morghan and I had been friends, and quickly became family. Matt and Morghan saw me at some of my lowest points and completely lifted me up. They welcomed me into their wonderful friend group, people I now can’t live without, and have showed me what true friendships are meant to be. I can’t wait to celebrate their love, that i’ve had the honor to watch grow, and stick by their sides forever. I love you M&M.

I’ve known Matt and Morghan since our college days, and some of our best memories were made over drinks at Keys Bar, Tiki Bar, Palm City Brewery, etc. I was Matt’s pledge master back in the day, and we’ve shared countless unforgettable moments, from fraternity events to random nights out that turned into legendary stories. Seeing how happy he is with Morghan, I couldn’t be more thrilled for them both. I’m beyond excited to celebrate this next chapter of their lives together!

Where do I begin? Morghan and I first crossed paths at a fraternity social pregame during my freshman year, where we became acquaintances. The following year, our boyfriends lived together, and we spent more time together, but we weren’t quite “besties” yet. It wasn’t until my junior year, while painting banners for their fraternity, that our friendship blossomed. I reached out to the other girlfriends for help with the banners, hoping to bring everyone together. Morghan was the only one who eagerly stepped up, and in that moment, I knew she was someone special I wanted in my life. Fast forward three years, and here we are-best friends, both marrying the same two boys from college! Morghan is the kind of friend you can always count on. She is incredibly selfless and constantly looks for ways to help others. I am so grateful for our friendship and I couldn’t be more excited to stand by her side on her special day and witness her marry the love of her life!

I met Matt and Morghan at FGCU, where Matt and I bonded as fraternity brothers. I had the pleasure of living with them for two years, creating countless memories. Our shared passion for hunting and fishing brought us even closer, and I’m honored to stand by Matt's side on this special day!

Howdy ya’ll! I don’t think words can possibly express the amount of gratitude I have towards the future Mrs. Metzger. She has been such a light in my life since the day that we met and I couldn’t imagine how different my life would be without her in it. She has to be the most devoted, selfless, charismatic, nurturing person I’ve ever met and I couldn’t thank her enough for the trials she’s helped me through. To Morghan, you are such a light to this world and bring nothing but joy everywhere that you go. You are so one of a kind and I am so thankful to have you in my life. I love you long time<3!

I’m Holden Rank and I’m from Aurora, Illinois, not too far from where Matt grew up! Matt, Morghan, and myself became great friends early in our college career at FGCU and I knew that the relationship between them and myself would last a lifetime. There’s been so many memories together that I’ve cherished and will never forget!

I had the pleasure of meeting Morghan for the first time on a big/little date in 2019. Interestingly, we didn’t truly reconnect until later in our college journey, when we became besties at her white elephant party in 2021. Over time, our bond grew stronger, and now I can’t imagine my life without her! Some of my favorite memories with Morghan include our weekends at Palm Island, thanks to the amazing Matt Metzger, our trip to North Carolina, her festive holiday gatherings, and our time serving on various collegiate councils together. Watching her graduate and meeting her family was another unforgettable moment in our friendship along with her many iconic karaoke performances of "Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue"! Morghan is someone who seizes every moment and has been a true inspiration in my life. I am so grateful for our friendship and for the joy of witnessing two of my favorite people as they prepare to tie the knot!

I am from Northbrook, Illinois and have known Matt since elementary school, one of my favorite memories of Matt is when we were playing middle school travel baseball. Matt got hit in the leg by a pitch in one of our first travel baseball tournaments and immediately collapsed on the field not moving a muscle. Naturally, everybody went silent hoping Matt wasn’t seriously hurt, but as soon as coaches went to come check on him he popped right up like nothing happened, started laughing like he pulled the most diabolical prank, and jogged right to first base. I am excited to be standing by Matt’s side for his special day!

Thinking back to college I don’t remember the exact moment I met Morghan, I feel like after we met we were just began to do life together. Matt and Morghan have always been the type of couple you look up to, making sure that everyone is included and being the thoughtful friends that bring us all together. Morghan is someone I can always count on to help me through the post grad struggles, and to karaoke Ice Ice baby if I need a laugh. I’m so honored to apart of the start of an amazing adventure in Matt and Morghan’s life, and so grateful to call them my best friends.

I am one of Matt’s earliest friends from Maple Avenue and a frequent teammate ever since we were first recruited to the Steilen tee ball team. Growing up, I enjoyed taking the penalties that Matt’s flopping earned, spending many summer days playing wiffleball with Matt at the Oak Yard, and eating the endless supply of angel hair pasta at the Metzger household. After also joining Sigma Chi while attending Northwestern University, I now live in Chicago and is always excited to head back to the Landmark Inn whenever Morghan and Matt are in town.

I wish I could say I remember the moment Morghan and I met, but all I remember was seeing her in a box on my screen running for Kappa Delta Secretary and thinking “Wow she seems smart and on top of it, she’s got my vote”. Morghan and Matt have always been the people to gather their friends and bring us all together, which is one of the things I love most about them! Morghan and I have grown our friendship so much these past few years and her knowledge, love, kindness, and organization skills mixed with Matt’s humor and willingness to always roll with our craziness is something I’ll cherish forever!

My name is Paden and I am fraternity brother of Matts. I first met Morghan while playing a game called True American over at Matt’s house. I will never forget running around on their couches drinking Keystones acting like the floor was lava. This went on to us spending many countless Wednesday nights playing trivia at Palm City to even taking a vacation together in Puerto Rico. I’m so incredibly happy to be a part of the celebration of my two good friends.

My name is Benjamin Hogg. I am the brother of the bride. First time I met Matt was when we were in Hawaii and went shark diving! My favorite memory with the bride is boxing each other when she would come home. My favorite memory with the groom is when I went to Germany and Matt taught me how to chug a beer!
