Our Wedding

Sam waited for what seemed like forever for the perfect guy. She felt like she needed to get herself out there, downloaded a dating app, and went on a total of one date - and she was sold with the one date. Sam and Matt bonded over their mutual jobs in civil engineering, background at Fresno State, and the fact that they had never met anyone else with the pure kindness that they saw in each other. They had their first date on August 1st, 2023. On August 1st, 2025, they got engaged. And on August 1st, 2026... they get MARRIED!

Matt and Sam found that they had quite a few things in common. In the early days of their relationship, they bonded over their similar backgrounds, their love of the show Breaking Bad, and mini-golf. Since then, they've built a life together full of spontaneous Saturday morning breakfasts, coffee dates, talking about engineering, trying new tv shows, and trips to concerts. Every moment is a new memory that they are each so grateful for. They share a mutual understanding for each other that goes beyond words.

Matt and Sam truly cannot wait to celebrate with all of you. They are looking forward to a lifetime of love &amp; happiness, and are so thankful for everyone's support!

Maid of Honor and Bridesmaids

I met Azaria in 1st grade, and we've stuck together ever since. She is the loyal, logical, and calm to my sometimes crazy personality. Even through distance, Azaria remains someone that I can call a very close friend, one that will always be there for me no matter how far apart we are or how much time has passed. I will forever be grateful of the bond that we have created over these past 15 years and I am extremely grateful to have her by my side on my wedding day!

It's such a joy knowing that I get a built-in friend while getting married to the love of my life. Matthew's sister Megan is someone I admire for her hard work, resiliency, and kindness. She has such a kind soul and I am eternally grateful to get to be her sister-in law and make new memories together throughout the years!

Megan Morillas

Though we may not be related by blood, Hannah is basically my sister. I couldn't have asked for a better sister-in-law - one that is funny, not afraid to speak her mind, and loves deeply. I got to stand by her side as a bridesmaid when she married my brother, and I wouldn't have it any other way than to have her be by my side at my wedding. I am thankful for our bond and I know she'll be so fun to celebrate with!

Bree and I have been friends since high school. Through the ups and downs of high school, we always made sure to keep in touch. When Bree and Mark, another one of my friends from high school started dating, I was so happy to finally have someone to go on double dates with! Bree's passion, values, and strength as a person are all qualities that I admire. I'm so glad to have someone like her by my side as I get married.

Breeann Downing

Becca and Matt were friends from high school. When Matt moved into his house, we found out that Becca and her husband Hunter lived in the same neighborhood as us! Meeting Becca, I felt like we instantly connected. She is so kind, sweet, and funny, and I'm so glad I met her! Since we've met, I've thoroughly enjoyed our double-date movie nights and game nights! I'm so happy to have her support me during this special time!

I have known Quin since 7th grade, and she was one of my closest friends through middle school and high school. Her compassion for others and pure kindness are things that I've always noticed about her. She is genuine, cares deeply about others, and truly loves with her whole heart. Her excitement for me and this time in my life is so special to me. I got to watch as she fell in love and got married, and I'm so happy to now have her by my side as I get married.

Spencer and I became close friends around freshman year of high school by becoming close through cross country & track as well as our shared classes of biology, physics, and French. Throughout the years, Spencer and I have only grown closer through our shared trips, hobbies of running and playing video games, and our almost unhealthy level of competitiveness with each other.

Charlie and I have known each other since elementary school, but we truly became close in middle school and high school through cross country and track. Beyond high school and college, he has remained a trustworthy and loyal friend who can always be relied on.

Charlie Swanson

Isaiah and I met through cross country in high school and although he was several years younger than the rest of our friend group, he quickly became a close friend. Beyond high school and college, Isaiah has continued to remain a close friend who has always brought a sense of humor to our friend group.

Isaiah Galindo

Jacob is Sam's brother and I am very grateful to have gotten to know him and also become a co-worker with him at the City of Clovis. I am extremely happy to have found a friend, a co-worker, and a brother-in-law in Jacob and am looking forward to making many new memories.

Jacob Redelfs

Phillip is my first friend from preschool that I also attended elementary, middle, and high school together with. Throughout the years we have remained close friends, often helping each other through classes in high school and keeping in touch through our shared hobby of video games.

Brock is my friend from my middle school that I have remained close friends with throughout high school and college. We have kept in touch throughout the years through our shared hobby of video games and also through our group calls where he has helped me get through numerous academic classes.

Parking

There will be on-site parking, but overnight parking will not be allowed. There will be an open bar, so if you plan on drinking, we ask you please plan to carpool, or take an Uber or Lyft! We want memories, not mugshots - plan your ride home!

Wedding Details

We have already established our plus-ones. On your invitation, you'll see "Your Name and Guest".

Are kids invited?

Our wedding will include an open bar, loud music, and bad dancing - so we thought it would be best to leave the kids at home!

What will the food be?

We will be having a buffet-style dinner with many options.
