Due to A&T State University Homecoming, we were unable to get any room blocks for our guests. We hope you can find a place to stay that fits in your budget and works for you. We definitely recommend Airbnb/VRBO. The venue is in Pleasant Garden (south of Greensboro), so you may find that surrounding areas have other options too.

If you are interested in renting an Airbnb or VRBO in Greensboro, consider these neighborhoods/areas: Lindley Park, Westerwood, Fisher Park, and Irving Park. If you are interested in looking outside out Greensboro, check out Pleasant Garden, High Point, Jamestown, Whitsett, or Asheboro. The venue is in Pleasant Garden (20 min south of Greensboro), so remember this when booking. The map below shows a pin where the venue is in vicinity to surrounding areas.

The venue is all outdoors, however, our reception will be in a covered tent area. Depending on the weather, the tent can be closed and heated or open with air flowing. If there is inclement weather, we will be inside the main house and under the tent.

Please plan ahead and schedule Uber/Lyft rides. Since the venue is a bit out of the city, it could be hard to call a ride on the spot. There is also plenty of parking if you plan to drive or coordinate with someone to DD. We want everybody to have a fun, safe night!

There is plenty of parking in gravel lots when you enter the driveway of the venue.

Please arrive at the ceremony by 4:15pm.

We ask that you wear semi-formal / dressy casual attire. We want you to be comfortable and ready to dance! If you are stuck on what color attire, consider wearing neutral colors or fall, earth tones. The wedding party will be in shades of terracotta, spice, and navy.

There will be his/hers cocktail drinks, as well as beer and wine options. Plus, non-alcoholic beverages too.

Yes. Please note your dietary restrictions on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. Unless specifically noted, your invitation is just for you. We look forward to celebrating with you on the day!

If you are in a position where you need to leave your car at the venue, you have until 9am the next day to pick it up. We want everybody to enjoy the night and be safe, so if you plan to drink please consider making transportation arrangements to avoid leaving your car.
