For gentlemen this typically means a dinner suit or tuxedo, and for the ladies, floor length or midi length dresses.

We kindly ask that ladies avoid colours of white, ivories and cream and gentlemen avoid jackets that are cream or ivory.

Please be mindful of the Newcastle Club's conservative dress code.

Should you wish to help us celebrate with a gift, a wishing well will be available at the reception for your contribution and well wishes.

We kindly request that only children of immediate family attend.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. We can only accommodate those on the formal invitation.

There will be a shuttle bus available to take our guests from the Newcastle Club to MEET.

We kindly ask you do not share any photos of our special day before we get the chance to. We would like to keep our day private and ask that no photos be taken during the ceremony or formalities.

Phone usage is not permitted at the Newcastle Club. Please keep your phones on silent or switched off while in the venue.
