Matt and I met at a church youth group forum. We were the only kids both from Elk Grove. He asked me on our first date not long after this.

We had to do distance since I (Sophia) was already in college, but we spent any time together that we could every weekend. I would come home to visit Matt all the time. This is Matt's senior prom in 2019!

Then Matt graduated high school!
