The Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport charges $8/day for guest parking. There is plenty of free parking at the venue; however, we will have a shuttle service taking guests from the hotel to the venue and back
Are kids allowed?
While we adore your children, this is an adult only event. Please make it a date night and bring your lovely selves. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
What should I wear?
Evening formal wear (i.e. long evening dresses, nice pantsuits, suits)
How Do I Get to the Venue?
The venue is 3 miles from Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport. There will be a shuttle service taking guests to and from the venue. There is ample parking at the venue for those who do not wish to take the shuttle.
Shuttle departure times from Hilton BWI are 4pm and 4:25pm. Shuttle departure times from Elkridge Furnace Inn are 10pm and 10:15pm
Are the Ceremony and reception in separate places?
Both the ceremony and reception are at The Elkridge Furnace Inn
Is This An Outdoor Event?
The ceremony will be held outside and the reception will be inside a temperature controlled tent. If there is rain, the ceremony will be moved inside the tent as well
