Morgan is Mattie's best friend — a friendship that began all the way back in kindergarten. Over the years, they’ve had the privilege of growing up side by side, sharing life’s joys and challenges. Morgan recently graduated from UVA in May and is now pursuing her dream of becoming a Physician Assistant. To know Morgan is to love her; she is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside and never fails to make everyone around her feel loved and seen.

Marlee is Mattie’s older sister and lifelong companion. Together, they’ve walked through every season of life—celebrating the highs and supporting each other through the lows. Marlee teaches 4th grade at Hardin Reynolds, where she reflects the love of Jesus daily through her gentle words and compassionate heart. Whether in the classroom or among friends, she has a beautiful gift for making everyone feel seen, loved, and accepted.

Sydney is Mattie's cousin, but has always felt more like a big sister. Growing up, Mattie looked up to Sydney in so many ways — and still does. Sydney lives in Texas with her husband, Peter, where she works as a dedicated nurse. Her huge heart and passion for caring for others shine through in everything she does, and she continues to be a constant source of love and encouragement in Mattie’s life.

Rayne is a very special little girl in Mattie’s life. She first came into the Hunts’ lives at just two years old, when she was in Marlee’s preschool class, and she’s been part of the family’s heart ever since. Rayne is the very definition of happiness — her joy and laughter light up every room she enters. Full of energy and fun, she’s our little wild child and a bright, fun-loving spirit who brings smiles to everyone around her.

Kennedy is Mattie’s little cousin and truly a ray of sunshine — just one look at her smile says it all. She has a big heart for animals and a sweet tooth for the “two chocolates” her Papa Wood always gives her when she asks. Kennedy’s joy is infectious, and she never fails to make all of us laugh and smile with her playful spirit.

Samantha is Caleb's sister and best friend. Growing up, Caleb would come into her room and watch tv while she folded clothes just so they could hang out. She has a very genuine, pure heart and cares deeply for everyone around her. While it's not common for the best man to be a woman, Caleb couldn't image having anyone else standing behind him on his wedding day.

Eli is the brother of Caleb. Eli and Caleb almost daily would play outside together as kids. Even as adults, whenever Caleb comes home, they go play basketball. He is very outgoing and never fails to make people laugh. He also has an amazing collection of crazy socks. Eli is the kind of man that will always do his best to be there for you when you need someone.

Cameron is a very close friend to both Mattie and Caleb. He is also Caleb's future brother-in-law! He has a huge heart and a passion to help others to the best of his ability. Cam is a lot of fun to be around and knows how to make every situation enjoyable no matter what it may be.
