Shuttle Service will begin at 4:00 pm at Staybridge Suites. Please plan to arrive at Ramblewood Country Club by 4:45 pm. Shuttle buses will be running continuously all evening. Friday 4:00 pm - 10:30 pm The last Shuttle returning from Ramblewood Country Club to the Hotel will be at 10:30 PM. If the Shuttle is not out front, one will be there momentarily.

Yes! Please party accordingly and have a way to get home safely :) For those staying at the hotel, there will be transportation to and from the venue!

Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park (unless you're Ubering or utilizing the hotel transportation), sign the guestbook, and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter.

Yes! There is plenty of room to park your vehicles. However, if you plan on drinking, please consider utilizing hotel transportation, Uber, or carpooling with an individual who will be sober at the end of the night. We want all of our guests to arrive and leave in a safe manner!

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue with exact numbers by a certain date. While I will send out reminders, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

Yes! The Staybridge Suites does include a hot breakfast. For those who want another breakfast option check out our “Things To Do” section.
