TRANSPORTATION TO VENUE FROM HOTEL
There are two scheduled school buses to pick up guests at the AC Marriot Hotel in Worcester. Buses will arrive to hotel at 3:15 PM. Buses will promptly leave hotel for venue at 3:30 PM
Buses will remain at venue, if guests wish to leave early, there will be 1 early departure bus. At the conclusion of the night buses will leave venue at 10:15PM to bring guests back to hotel.

The AC Hotel has graciously provided us with a room block for our guests who will be traveling. Please use the link through the "website" button below for guaranteed/discounted prices. Reservations through the room block and at the discounted rate will available for 2 nights, check-in on Thursday, September 12th and check-out on Saturday, September 14th. We recommend booking sooner rather than later as we anticipate rooms will fill up fast! As long as rooms remain available, the last day to make a reservation with the room block for guaranteed prices will be August 17th, 2024.

Fly right into the city to this small, local airport. Will require connecting flights, but only 10-15 minutes from hotels!
Boston Logan International Airport
50 minutes from Worcester
Travel from Boston to Worcester by taxiing or ride share services, rental car, or the MBTA commuter rail. The Worcester/Framingham commuter rail line can be picked up from South Station and taken all the way to Union Station in Worcester. Use the Silver Line Bus for travel from Logan International to South Station.
