We met through Bumble on New Year's Eve in 2018 and didn't stop talking until our first date on January 4th, 2019. That night, we went ice skating in downtown Providence, and Ben talked about his love for the city while Mo tried her best not to faceplant on the ice. Soon after, Guinness gave his seal of approval and since then, we've gone through house moves, new jobs, graduate school, a pandemic, more Bruins playoffs losses than we care to admit, and we've come through it all stronger than ever.

In early July 2023, we went to NYC for a Broadway weekend to celebrate Mo passing her NP board exam. On that Sunday morning, we planned to ride bikes through Central Park and instead, Ben surprised Mo with a horse-drawn carriage ride. Once we got to Cherry Hill, we stepped off to take pictures and when Mo turned around, Ben was on his knee! Clearly it was an easy "yes," and now we're well on our way to our happily ever after.
