Guests should arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. The ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm.

We plan to have the ceremony take place outdoors but we understand how Pennsylvania weather can be in the winter so there will be heaters surrounding the ceremony space. The reception will be held indoors but guests are welcome to be out on the patio staying warm near the heaters and fire pits.

We ask that you please wear cocktail/semi-formal attire. For women, this may be a cocktail or floor-length dress, jumpsuit, or pantsuit. For men, we ask that you please wear a suit or a dress shirt and tie.

Our bridal party will be in dark olive green.

Yes! Guests can park in the main parking lot or lower gravel lot at the venue. Folino Estate does allow cars to be parked in the lots overnight if needed.

Yes! There will be a shuttle for guests from the Hampton Inn & Suites Kutztown to Folino Estate Winery for the ceremony. The shuttle will be leaving for the venue at 2:20 pm. The shuttle will also be available for guests to use following the reception to return to the hotel.

The beef meal option is a roasted beef tenderloin. The chicken meal option is chicken parmigiana.

Yes! We have a hotel block reserved for guests at the Hampton Inn & Suites Kutztown. Please make sure to mention that you are booking for the Kloap-Davis wedding or use code KDW online.

We have decided that this will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have you be a part of our special day.
