If driving, please plan on arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony (3:30pm) in order to park and find your seat.

The placement of the ceremony is weather-dependent, but Max and Brittany prefer to have it outdoors. As everyone knows, November can be very warm or very cold, so as long as the weather cooperates, prepare for an outdoor ceremony. Please dress warmly if it is on the colder side-Aldie Mansion has a coat room you can store your jacket in for the happy hour and reception!

YES! We are excited to say we booked a historic trolley for guests to travel to/from the venue. It seats 26 people, so there will be two trips from Homewood Suites to Aldie Mansion. The Trolley Departs the Hotel at 2:45PM and 3:30PM. Please keep in mind that due to Trolley size we may not be able to accommodate transporting everyone. At the end of the night, a 28 passenger van will make two return trips from Aldie Mansion back to Homewood Suites for the after party at 9:05PM and 9:30PM. We will be sure to place signs with the shuttle times in the lobby of each hotel.

Aldie Mansion has ample free on site parking. Per our event coordinator, we can leave cars overnight in the parking lot. The venue will have placards to put on your windshield. Your car will need to be picked up around 10am the following morning.

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie! For the guests who like to know what color the wedding party is wearing so you don't clash...the bridesmaids are wearing emerald and the groomsmen are wearing camel. The groom will be wearing burgundy.

While we would love to accommodate everyone and anyone, if the invitation was not addressed to include these individuals, unfortunately we cannot accommodate them (aka we ran outta money).

Although it is past Britt's bedtime, she agreed to stay up late for the big occasion. Please join us for an after party in the meeting room at Homewood Suites in Warrington from about 9:30PM to midnight. We will have beer, wine, pizza, and cookies!
