Is there a dress code?

We kindly request black tie attire for our celebration. For men, this means a tuxedo. For women, a floor-length gown or a formal cocktail dress is appropriate. We’re so excited to celebrate with you in style!

What should I do in the gap between the ceremony and cocktail hour?

If you’re looking for something to do between the ceremony at St. Peter’s and cocktail hour at the Morehead Inn, here are some nearby options.

Amélie’s French Bakery (Uptown or Park Rd) – Coffee, pastries, and sweet treats.

Dilworth Tasting Room – Wine & small bites in a cozy garden setting.

Local Breweries – Try Resident Culture (South End) or Olde Mecklenburg.

Mint Museum Uptown – Art & culture, easy to enjoy in under an hour.

Bechtler Museum of Modern Art – Small but beautiful collection.

NASCAR Hall of Fame – A uniquely Charlotte stop!

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Let us know about any specific dietary needs you have, whether it's kosher, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or any other considerations on the space provided when you RSVP.

Where should I stay in Charlotte? Where should we fly in to?

Charlotte Douglas International Airport is located in the city's West Side, approximately 15 minutes from our ceremony/reception venue. Recently crowned the sixth-busiest airport in the world, you should be able to find plenty of flight options for the wedding weekend! We have also booked a hotel block for our guests at the Hyatt Place Charlotte Downtown in Uptown Charlotte. See the "Travel" page for more information. Uptown Charlotte has tons of options for other hotels and Air BnBs. We'd also recommend staying in the SouthPark, Dilworth, Myers Park, or South End neighborhoods. We appreciate you coming to the Queen City for our big day!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Your invitation will indicate by name if a guest is included. We wish we could host everyone, but due to venue limitations, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invite.
