As we have an early start on the big day, we have arranged for guests to stay at The Green Dragon Hotel in Hereford the night before the wedding. If you need to book, please let either myself or Max know and we can help you with the booking.


Please note there is paid parking around the back of the hotel.


If you are staying at the on site accommodation, we will allocate you a cottage and let you know the price of this. Please note that the one site cottages are only for the night of the wedding. If you wish to stay here but would like to come the night before, please feel free to book at The Green Dragon Hotel.

What is happening the night before?

Let the celebrations begin! Please feel free to join us the night before in the snug room downstairs in the hotel, have a drink and say hi before the big day. If you are coming up earlier, drinks will start from 5:30pm. The bridal party will be leaving early, so please try and come on time to make sure we say hi! Please do not worry, if you are arriving later on in the evening, we will see you down the aisle! There are plenty of restaurants right by the hotel if you'd like to grab a bite to eat. If you'd like any help finding somewhere, please ask either myself or Max.

How will I get to the venue?

You do not need to book any taxi's, we have pre-booked taxi's for all guests staying at the hotel, to be picked up at 12:15pm on the dot. Please note that we have booked these per head, so all seats will need to filled so that no one is left behind! We have also pre-booked taxis to pick everyone up from the venue fro 12:45am. Again, these have been booked per head, so please do not leave in the taxi without all seats being filled.
