Wedding Accommodations

We’ve arranged with the beautiful Allegria Hotel on the boardwalk in Long Beach. It is the closest “quality” hotel to the wedding venue (Inwood Country Club). Of course, AirBnB is an option as well and we’d recommend staying in Long Beach.

Arrangements have been made for a discounted rate. However, the hotel is offering rooms to Graci/Post Wedding Block guests on a first-come, first-serve basis, or as the hotel describes it a “space availability basis.” Therefore, we urge you strongly to book your room as soon as possible. You can cancel if you need to.

Making a reservation

By phone You can contact the Allegria Reservations Department by phone at (516) 992-3783, Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm. Outside of these days/times, you can also call the main hotel line (516) 889-1300 and choose prompt 1 to be connected to the Reservations Department/24-hour call center. Make sure to reference the Graci/Post Wedding Block to receive the discounted rate.

Things to know

Early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Guests concerned about the ability to be on time for rehearsals, ceremonies, etc., should consider staying the night prior. The hotel will make every effort possible to accommodate early check-in requests, but during periods of high occupancy, this may not be possible.
The Allegria does not have a parking lot or garage. They offer street parking. (For guests staying at the Allegria, free transportation will be offered (by wedding hosts) to and from the Inwood Country Club on the day of the wedding- Saturday, October 11.)

Rates and hotel policies

Standard King/Double Room rates are $339.00/night. Rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in. Currently, the tax is 11.625% and includes 8.625% sales tax and 3% occupancy tax. In addition, there is a $37.00 nightly resort fee, which includes a $20 food and beverage credit that can be used in the hotel and Wifi. The group rate will be available for reservations made up until one month prior to the dates of stay. A one-night room + tax deposit is due upon reserving and this deposit is posted the day the reservation is made. A guest may not hold more than two rooms under the same name.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy

A one-night’s room + tax deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit is refundable should you cancel before the reservation’s 72-hour cancellation date. If your reservation is cancelled after the cancellation date, there is a penalty of one night’s room and tax.

Guest Arrival & Departure Time

Guest check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is 11:00 a.m. Rooms will be made available for check-in as soon as possible. Luggage storage is available at the front desk.
