The ceremony will begin at 2:30 pm. Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until the ceremony is completed.

An attendant will direct you to the closest spot. Parking spaces will be available behind the church and on the front lawn. Please do not park in the circle out front, it is for emergency vehicles only. Parking is available in any of the lots at Baxter's Creek.

Please use the online RSVP unless otherwise communicated with the bride and groom.

Only the guests formally invited on your invitation will be accommodated. If you have received a plus one, your guest's name will be listed on the invitation and appear when you RSVP.

Our dress code is semi-formal. We would love to see you dress up with us! The wedding party will be wearing black dresses and suits.

We ask that you do not use your phone or any devices during the ceremony, but please feel free to take pictures and videos at the reception!

Hors d'oeuvres will be served at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with your choice of entree. You will be prompted to select your choice of meal when you RSVP. Each entree will be served with a starter salad, a twice baked potato and roasted vegetables.

If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate!

The ceremony and reception will both be indoors, with spaces to mingle outside during the cocktail hour at Baxter's creek.

There will be a cash bar open throughout the night and wine provided during dinner.

Speeches and dancing will follow the dinner, with a late-night snack being provided around 9:30 pm. The dance floor will be open until 1:00 am.

We ask that all RSVPs be submitted 2 months before the wedding day, by June 23, 2025.
