What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
While the official wedding ceremony starts prompty at 4:30PM, guests are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes early at 4:00PM so you can get settled and visit before the proceedings.
What is the dress code?
Semi Formal:
Floor-length gowns or dressy cocktail dresses, skirts or slacks. Suit and tie
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outside on the Beauport deck facing the ocean, weather permitting.
The cocktail hour and reception will be inside.
What will the weather be like?
While we cannot predict the exact forecast for our special day, the average temperature in Gloucester in June is typically 68°F during the day and 60°F at night. Being New England, we know this can change daily. So be sure to check the local weather the week before.
What will your wedding day timeline look like?
For those checking into Beauport on Sunday, June 2nd, the standard check-in time is 3:00pm. Please phone Beauport at 978-282-0008, mention that you are attending the Greenstein/Baekey wedding and request early check-in. Leave a phone # where you can be reached and they will contact you as soon as your room is ready.
If you come earlier, they will be happy to hold onto your luggage until your room is ready. You can sit out on the deck or enjoy the bar.

There is Valet Parking available at the Beauport at no charge for wedding guests.
