Springfield-Branson National Airport (SGF). This airport is one hour from our venue! We recommend booking flights sooner than later while the prices are lower and there are available spots. With it being near Christmas and New Year’s tickets may go fast and prices will go up.

All RSVPS are due by December 1st, so we can provide an accurate guest count to our vendors.

Yes! The deadline to book is November 27th. If you go to the travel page of our website you will see the two hotels that have rooms blocked for our guests. One hotel is closer to the venue and one that’s closer to the airport. If you miss the deadline you can still book with them but you will not receive our special rate for your room. We recommend that you also book your rooms as quick as possible since there is only a certain amount of rooms that are being blocked for our guests.

The bride and groom will be asking for an "unplugged" ceremony, where guests phone's are turned off and put away. Our photographers are extremely talented and this will allow them to get the best possible shots. We promise to share all the pictures as soon as possible!

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. **if you received a plus one please RSVP for your entire party.

Our ceremony and reception will both be held indoors at The Venue at Shadow Rock. We can take in the scenic views without having to be out in the cold!

Semi-Formal, Cocktail attire! The wedding colors are Christmas colors if you were wanting your outfit to complement the theme.

We will have a cash bar available. The bar will accept cash or card for drinks.
