We met at Izumi's Sushi and Hibachi where Maya worked at the time. Garrett was intrigued by her and left his number on the receipt. When Maya saw it, she couldn't believe he was interested in her. So later that night Maya messaged Garrett and our friendship began. By our third or fourth date we made it official. We constantly think about that receipt now, and how different things could've been without it. Garrett knew from the beginning we would last and made Maya believe it could. So we stuck together through thick and thin, and we're excited to celebrate our successful love with all of our friends and family.
