Oh, so you would like to know our love story, huh? Well, set the mood by playing the hit song of the time "Drunk in Love " by Beyonce & Jay-Z, and take a trip down love lane to the illustrious Morgan State University.

How it all started...

It was just another golden, warm, cloudless day on the Quad during the 2014 fall semester at Morgan State, where Alex White, a sophomore from Gaithersburg, MD, caught a glimpse of a glamorously charming woman walking past him. This woman was none other than Maya Tyler, a sophomore from Pittsburgh, PA. This ordinary day became extraordinary for both Alex and Maya. Before this moment, the two had exchanged smiles, glances, and small talk, but at this very moment, Alex sensed there was something special about Maya and found himself yelling her name outside of Cummings Hall for her attention.

"Maya, Maya! "He could care less who was around; she was the focus. Maya couldn't help but notice this handsome, outgoing man attaining her attention. Alex simply asked, "Do you have a boyfriend?" His confidence caught her off guard. Blushing and filled with excitement, Maya responded, "No." To which Alex said, "SAY LESS!" and the rest was written in the stars.

... A beautiful start, right? Oh, I know what you are thinking, "Aww...they are college sweethearts!" Yes, you are correct! Morgan Sweethearts to be exact.

Throughout the past seven years, Alex and Maya's love has blossomed. The sweethearts have been through exciting times together: graduating from MSU, starting their careers, traveling, becoming dog parents to Domo, and even purchasing their first home.

This love story is one for the books and will continue with a new chapter, Mr. & Mrs. White.
