Q + A

What is the dress code?

Our dress code is formal/black-tie optional. This is a dress-to-impress day, and since it's the most important day of our lives, we want you looking your best! We encourage you to choose a full-length dress, suitcoat with suitpants, or a pantsuit. Please refrain from wearing any kind of jeans or sneakers. This is the perfect excuse to go shopping for formal wear!

Do I get a plus-one?

Your RSVP will show how may people in your party are able to attend. Plus-ones are limited and not guaranteed due to our venue size. We will have security to check that our guest list is adhered to.

Are children allowed?

Children and teens are not allowed at our venue, which is 21+. Our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. Our save the dates will be mailed 6+months in advance for you to make arrangements ahead of time. We appreciate you leaving kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Will there be a hotel block?

Our hotel block is through Intercontinental Hotel. PLEASE contact Mayalyn or Josue if you are interested in a room in the hotel block. We have also listed other hotels that are close to our venues and have had a great time exploring. Please see our preferred choices on our "Travel" page.

How is parking?

For our ceremony, valet parking is available through Intercontinental Hotel. There are also many area parking garages available, and we recommend using ParkChirp or SpotHero to find spots. There is no street parking available. We encourage you to use Uber, Lyft, or public transit to get to the hotel should parking fees be high. For our reception, parking along the street is highly discouraged to avoid towing. Pending the weather, the walking distance is 10 minutes. There are many parking garages close to the venue, and also valet parking will be available (most cost effective). We heavily encourage using Uber, Lyft, and public transit as options for transportation since we will be providing plenty of drinks throughout the day. PLEASE do not drink and drive!

What is accessibility like for your venues?

Intercontinental Hotel is fully accessible with elevators, wide hallways, and ramps/flat surfaces in addition to stairs. Accessible rooms may be available through request. Hubbard Inn is accessible with elevators and plenty of room to move around.
