The ceremony starts at 2:00 pm. We ask that you kindly arrive 20-30 minutes before to ensure parking matters and any possible traffic issues that may present.

We kindly ask that you do NOT have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer will capture the ceremony, and we do not want phones in our photos. We would LOVE you to take as many candid photos/videos during the reception as possible!

We would love to see everyone in their best western formal attire.

We have planned and budgeted for a specific amount of guests for this event. We ask that you respect our wishes in wanting only guests we have relationships with to join us. Your invitation will be addressed as "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited and "Mr. and Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "date night" for yourselves!

Please RSVP by December 03, 2024 by using our website link on the invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above.

If you do not RSVP by December 03, 2024, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This means you cannot show up on our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you)

There is plenty of on-site parking. As it is New Year's Eve, we highly encourage using ride services (Uber, Lyft, etc.) for a safe way home while celebrating such a fun night!
