During the summer of 2018, our worlds collided at a vacation on Little Gasparilla Island. We met all thanks to our mutual friend and best man of our wedding, Cole Heller. From then on, our story consisted of many trips from Athens to Gainesville that gave us countless memories and allowed our love for each other flourishing despite the distance. While the crazy year of 2020 allowed us to spend more time together than anticipated, our long and windy road ultimately led us back to Georgia. From 2021 to 2023 we let the dust settle with our careers and in March of 2023, Zach planned a perfect surprise proposal. He proposed in Chattanooga on March 25th, 2023 at Manker Patten Tennis Club during the sunset, and despite what you may think, McCartney was blindsided. From then on, it's been a whirlwind of traveling and spending as much time as we can with friends and family! We absolutely cannot wait to celebrate our love with all of our family and friends this December!
