There is a mix of King and Double Queen Rooms reserved. 10 Rooms total blocked but more can be added upon request and availability. Additional nights can be added on and individual basis. Reservations must be made by August 14th to get the block rate.
Shuttle Bus
We have hired a private shuttle!
Shuttle from hotels will run at 315 & 345 before the wedding. After the ceremony the shuttle will take a trip back around 345 so if people want to go check in or park at the house and take their cars back and then shuttle back before the reception there will be options to do that. Shuttle will stop at both hotels.
Hotel check in is not until 4pm but they said you can call to potentially check in early the day of.
At night shuttle will start running at 9pm until the end of the night at midnight.
Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Whitewater
Hotel is not offering to block rooms off, but will give a 15% discount if you mention you are booking for our wedding. It is advised to book sooner than later. They advised at least 1-2 months before the wedding will best guarantee you a room.
