In July of 2021 McKendra moved to Boston for Law School at New England Law | Boston. Throughout the 2021 summer Sam was working through licensing at Fidelity. This apparently created the perfect storm, and the two met a day after McKendra moved to the city. It wasn't long before their casual relationship blossomed into a full blown love story. They began dating on August 15, 2021 and were engaged January 30, 2023.	The couple love to go out to eat; which how couldn't they when McKendra is almost as in love with food as she is Sam. McKendra's enthusiasm for food has rubbed off on Sam as much as his enthusiasm for Boston sports, especially the Boston Celtics, has rubbed off on McKendra. A perfect night for the couple would be a stop at Black Lamb (of course with plenty of oysters and steak tartare) and a Celtics game (enjoyed at home, the bar, or even TD Garden). Although when asked, I'm sure the couple would agree the perfect night is any night they get to spend together.	Currently, the couple resides near Boston. Sam has just celebrated five years at Fidelity where his successful career as a financial advisor has thrived. McKendra has just graduated Law School and has started as an associate in patent law at Caldwell Law in Boston. To McKendra's family's dismay, the couple will remain in Boston into the near future. The couple, however has explored the possibility of a relocation to the Midwest at some point in their future endeavors.	The split between two areas of the United States is one of the main reasons the couple has decided to have two celebrations. Both Sam and McKendra have so many people who care for and love them and who the couple want to celebrate their union with. Please note that the couple has created a dual celebration to bring ease and hopefully convenience, not an obligation to attend both celebrations. The couple hopes that each and every one of you will be able to join them on their special day; whether it's in Massachusetts, Wisconsin, or both!
