It all started right after we both got our jobs as nurses. We both have known of eachother since high school, and knew we both were in nursing school at UTA, but just never crossed paths. We both got jobs at Texas Health for the July nurse residency and they made a linked in of all of the residents so they could communicate information easier. Kendry saw Jared’s name on there and messaged him wondering what floor he was working at and which hospital in the system he was going to be at. To her surprise Jared was actually going to be working not only at the same hospital but quite literally one floor below Kendry. They got to talking and the rest is history! Jared also sat right in front of Kendry at their pinning ceremony and also at graduation. We got to experience graduation together which was pretty awesome, something we will never forget.
