What time is the ceremony?

4:30pm - 5:00pm

I'm running late to the ceremony! Can I still come?

Due to the layout of this venue, it will be very distracting if anyone arrives late. Out of respect for us and the intimate ceremony we hope to have, we ask that you please arrive no later than 4:15pm. After 4:15pm, the doors will close until after the ceremony is over. If you're running behind, please wait until the doors reopen to park and come in!

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Our goal is to have a very intimate ceremony. Therefore, our ceremony will be completely unplugged BUT DO NOT WORRY our media team will capture everything we need so you can enjoy this time with us.

Can I come to the ceremony if I was only invited to the reception?

We have reserved the ceremony space for just our family and closest friends. That being said, we look forward to celebrating with all of you at the reception afterwards!

Information?

To everyone invited to our ceremony, all of the information will be included in the wedding invitation! Invites will be sent out by the end of 2025.

What time is the reception?

6:00pm - 11:00pm

What time do I have to leave by?

Everyone must be off the property by 11:00pm.

When do I have to rsvp by?

Everyone must rsvp no later than Monday. December 1st, 2025. Anyone who doesn't rsvp by this date is no longer invited.

Can I bring someone who wasn't included in my invitation?

Every invite was sent out with specific guests in mind. It is very important to us that we spend this day with the people we love, so we ask that you DO NOT bring anyone who was not formally invited. This will be strictly enforced!

Can I bring my kids?

We really want to encourage those of you who have children to hire a babysitter so that you can enjoy the evening with us! That being said, your kids are more than welcome to come but they are your responsibility to look after throughout the entirety of the evening. Please keep in mind that our venue sits right against the main highway and is directly across the road from the beach, ALL children must be supervised AT. ALL. TIMES.

Why is it so important that I rsvp?

In order for things to run smoothly on the big day, we need a definite headcount. We are counting on the people who rsvp "yes" to show up, and the people who rsvp "no" not to. Please respect the hard work that is going into running this event and follow the rsvp guidelines we laid out for you!

What if I need to change my rsvp?

We understand that life happens. If you rsvp'd "yes" and are no longer able to make it, or if the size of your party changes, please reach out to McKenna or Damian as soon as possible so they can make the necessary adjustments. DO NOT wait until the last minute! We hope this isn't the case for anyone but if it is, you will be missed!

When will I receive my invitation?

Wedding invitations will be mailed out before the end of 2025. Invites will only be sent to those who responded "yes" to their rsvp.

What is the dress code?

Our wedding attire dress code is semi-formal western, and we encourage you to wear cowboy boots and hats! Bring on the leather baby!

Why?

We want our wedding day to be fun, and true to character for us. This is a festive way for all of us to dress up in some fun outfits and dance the night away!

Do I have to?

In a perfect world, all of you would follow the dress code because it's fun! However, if you choose not to we just ask that you DO NOT show up wearing any whites or creams.

Where can I stay?

Is there a room block?

We reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott O'ahu North Shore! This is the closest hotel to our venue and the most affordable option.

How can I book within the room block?

This room block is reserved for Thursday June 25th through Sunday June 28th (a three night stay minimum). If you need to extend your stay, please reach out to McKenna or Damian so that we can accommodate the length of your trip with our discounted rate. If you have any trouble booking your stay with this link, please reach out to us so we can get it fixed! We know that vacationing here is not cheap, so we want to help however we can.
