Do guests need to have cruise tickets to attend the wedding?

Guests do not need to purchase a cruise ticket to attend the wedding, but please note that availability for non-sailing guests is limited. We would love for you to join us on the cruise, as it will be an unforgettable celebration!

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Since the wedding will be taking place at 10 AM on the ship, we ask that guests dress in semi-formal or casual elegant attire. Here are a few guidelines: For Women: A cocktail dress or semi-formal dress (knee-length or tea-length) is perfect. Alternatively, dressy separates like a nice blouse with a skirt or tailored pants work well. Shoes: Dressy flats, wedges, or low heels are a great choice, keeping comfort in mind for walking on the ship. For Men: A suit or dress slacks paired with a button-down shirt is ideal. A tie is optional. Dress shoes or loafers are recommended. Additional Tips: Please consider the weather, as the ceremony may be on an outdoor deck. Comfortable, stylish attire is key! If you'd like to dress a bit more casually, sundresses for women and lightweight trousers or dress shorts for men can be a great option, especially if the wedding is outdoors. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there a reception after the ceremony?

We’re excited to let you know that there will be a reception following the ceremony! There will be delicious food, drinks, and music to celebrate the day.

Can I bring a plus one?

We wanted to let you know that due to limited space, plus ones are only permitted if explicitly stated on your invitation. However, you’re more than welcome to bring friends or family on the cruise! They can enjoy the trip with you, but unfortunately, they won't be able to attend the ceremony or reception.

Do I need a passport for the cruise?

For those attending the wedding on Royal Caribbean’s Wonder of the Seas to Nassau and CocoCay, if you are a U.S. citizen and boarding/disembarking from the same U.S. port (such as Miami), a passport is not required. You can sail with a government-issued photo ID (like a driver’s license) and a birth certificate. However, we highly recommend bringing a passport for added flexibility in case of emergencies. If you are leaving the ship to visit a port in a foreign country, a passport will be required. Please double-check your travel documents before the trip to ensure everything is in order. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

What is included in the cruise package for wedding guests?

For those sailing with us on Royal Caribbean’s Wonder of the Seas, the price of the cruise includes your accommodations, meals, and entertainment onboard. However, please note that excursions or any activities off the ship, like visiting Nassau or CocoCay, are typically not included in the cruise price and will be an additional cost if you choose to participate. Make sure to check the details in your cruise package or with the cruise line for any specifics! We're so excited to have you join us for this special celebration.
