The hotel is approximately 8 minutes from the venue. There will not be a shuttle service, so please plan your rides accordingly. The Hotel agrees to hold the above room block until September 24, 2025. Individual guestroom reservations must be cancelled 48 hours before arrival to avoid being charged for the guestroom rate on the first night of

the reservation.
