Our Wedding

Mckensie and Benjamin met in march of 2021 and became best friends and even had feelings for each other almost instantly! They FaceTimed the entire summer of 2021 and sent letters back and forth while Benjamin was at Kamp. Benjamin even convinced Kensie to sign up for Kamp the following summer. When they returned to school the two were close for a little while and even attempted a first date, but ultimately ended up losing touch until the next semester. Even though Kensie and Benjamin were not super close, Kensie decided to sign up for Kamp anyways like she had promised Benjamin because she felt like thats where God was telling her she was supposed to be. Benjamin later saw Kensie's name on the sign up sheet and wanted to reconnect. In march of 2022 Benjamin and Kensie ran into each other and got to talking about Kamp and decided to get lunch to catch up on the last 6 months. After a 5 hour long lunch, the two realized their feelings for each other never went away and became inseparable. They spent the next month never leaving the other's side. On April 14, 2022, Benjamin asked Kensie on a real first date, and later that day to be his girlfriend. Kensie and Benjamin dated for a little over a year when Benjamin asked Kensie to marry him on June 23, 2023!
