What time does the ceremony start?

Guests will arrive at 3:40pm. The ceremony begins at 4:00pm. Cocktail hour will follow along with dinner.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Yes! Both will take place at Ashton Hills Farm in Cedar Rapids, IA. Cocktail hour will be held after the ceremony with dinner to follow.

Is there parking available at the venue?

There is limited parking so please try to car pool if you can.

What is the dress code?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your best cocktail attire. Some examples include cocktail dresses, dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Please avoid white and blue.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Yes, the ceremony will be outdoors, weather pending! When looking at footwear, please keep in mind the soft grass. The reception will be held indoors.

Do I have a plus one?

Due to limited capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP no later than April 15th, 2026. If you do not RSVP by April 15th, we will be unable to accommodate you at our wedding. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we cannot accept late RSVPs. We will mark any unanswered responses as "declined". If you still need to RSVP, you can do so by visiting the RSVP page before the deadline.

What should I do if I can't make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Are kids welcome?

We ask that our wedding be an adult only event with the exception of children named on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I take pictures?

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

There will be a bar at the venue. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
