The day we met in person! After months of having an online class together during the Covid pandemic, we met up at an IHOP to finish our group project, only to find out we were going to the same Halloween party and Dylon needed a costume! Of course I told him to be the Joker to my Harley Quinn..

We started hanging out more often and were each other's dates to many sorority and fraternity events. We went on our first date sometime in November at the Morristown Game Vault.

Dylon asked me to be his girlfriend on Valentine's Day in a card with chocolate covered strawberries as desert. Of course, I said yes!

Thanksgiving of 2021 we spent with my family in Rockaway, NJ. This picture is framed in all of our families' homes because it is so sweet and just shows our love.

Spring break trip our senior year of college, we went to Aruba, just us, and enjoyed the sunshine and drinks. First of many adventures together!

We graduated college together from Fairleigh Dickinson University! Both of us achieving bachelor's degrees. Our families were able to celebrate together this amazing accomplishment!

After celebrating our graduations, we headed off to Pittsburgh, PA so Kenzi could attend college for her Master's degree. Our first apartment living together and building a home.

We spent the next two years going to various 'burgh events, enjoying a new city, adopting our sweet kitties, oh and studying for school, I guess!

Kenzi graduated with her Master's in Nursing, and Dylon was right by her side the whole way through. We had the best two years living together in an awesome city.

With many more adventures in between, this one will forever be special to us. On Valentine's Day, we spent our 4-year anniversary snowshoeing the mountains of New Hampshire.

And that night at our anniversary dinner, Dylon gave Kenzi chocolate covered strawberries and a card asking her to marry him, got down on one knee and.. yes, yes, a thousand times yes!
