Our story started from a very young age as we have gone to school together our entire lives. In eighth grade, Chase had a huge crush on me and would have done anything to win me over, haha! He even rode his bicycle along the main road from West Union to Crystal Lake to come and see me. Our middle-school romance fizzled out.

In high school, we remained distant friends. We had a few classes together and would always laugh and carry on during class. We had an agreement that if he did all of my Trig work, I would do all of his driver's education work (Lol.) Chase gave himself the sole honor of holding my starting blocks for one entire track season because he was my "good luck charm." He helped me in high-jump and long-jump almost every day.

After we graduated high school we did not talk to each other for a year until we met each other at a party. During that party, we had our first real conversation and had an "oh my gosh" moment when we realized how similar we are. From that moment on, we were quite literally inseparable.

Chase took two months to ask me to be his girlfriend, and that's when I knew he wasn't going to take things easy on me, haha!
