Washington Park is the heart of our neighborhood! Go for a walk on the 4 mile loop around the lakes or find a shady spot to enjoy the views! Visit our favorite coffee shop Wash Perk just a few blocks away or grab a bite at any of the restaurants on South Gaylord Street. Homegrown and Agave are our favorites! Last, don't forget to stop by Bonnie Brae for the best ice cream in Denver.

If you are renting a car, drive ~30 minutes west to visit Golden! It has stunning mountain views and several great hikes. Our favorite places to go in Golden are Bonfire Burrito and Golden Mill food court. You can also tour the Coors Brewing Facility! Other close, honorable mention mountain towns are Idaho Springs and Georgetown.

We will start by apologizing for getting married in the middle of football season :( The time of Wisconsin v. Penn State is still TBD, but if you need somewhere to watch, our favorite Wisconsin bars include The Kentucky Inn (the name is misleading - it's on Kentucky street!) and Wally's Wisconsin Tavern.
