Please arrive at least 30 minutes - 1 hour early to allow time for parking, a wagon ride to the site and to be seated before the ceremony begins. The gate at the main entrance of the venue will also be closed just before the ceremony.

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all take place outdoors. Please dress accordingly or bring extra clothing if you'd like!

The warmest month in Wisconsin is July, so temperatures can reach up to the 90's during the day and a low of 60's at night. Be prepared for a hot summer day! If it rains, we will accommodate accordingly by moving anything outdoors inside the pavilion (where most of the reception is already.) The pavilion doors close to keep rain out!

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire! (dresses, jumpsuits, button ups, slacks, suits, ties, etc.)

We kindly ask that you avoid wearing any shades of white (white/off white, cream, ivory, etc.,) eucalyptus or sage green!

Yes! There is a parking lot at the venue. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all at the same destination. Carpooling is highly recommended to ensure enough space for everyone! Vehicles are restricted only to the graveled areas and for safety, please keep speed limit to 15 mph in order to keep the dust down when entering. Thank you!

We will not be providing a transportation shuttle service to hotels, but there will be a few designated drivers on stand-by for anyone that needs a ride. The venue also allows you to leave your vehicle in their parking lot the day of the wedding, but MUST be picked up no later than 9AM the following morning (Sunday, July 13th.) There are also Ubers and taxi services available if you need assistance! Carpooling is also highly recommended!

If your invitation says “……and family”, then yes. However, we do recommend parents take advantage of their night out and leave the children behind if able to. If your children do attend, we just ask that you keep an eye on your little ones so they don't disrupt the event, especially during important moments such as the ceremony and first dance. Due to the venue's policy, guests are not allowed to bring their pet (unless their pet is required for medical reasons.) Please have accommodations for your fur babies at home!

Due to the venue being limited on space and our budget, our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on the RSVP tab or let Austin and McKenzie know as soon as possible.

Final numbers need to be turned in by a certain time, so please make sure to RSVP by May 30th, 2025. You can RSVP through our website on the RSVP tab! Otherwise, we will miss you dearly!

Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring other alcoholic beverages on the premise. We will be supplying alcohol and bartending services will be handling the beverages during open bar! Please make sure you provide a valid ID to verify your age and cash to tip the bartenders throughout the night!

There is one designated smoking area near the pavilion for use. All cigarette butts MUST be placed in the butt containers that are in the designated smoking area. We are in the woods, so please be mindful as this is especially important.

Yes! There are indoor handicap-accessible bathrooms for women and men. Each bathroom has a changing table as well.
