Logan and I met when I was teaching 7th and 8th Grade Math at Caldwell Middle School! He was doing his student teaching with Caldwell ISD while finishing up his last semester at Texas A&M University. We were originally friends and never really hung out until after we ran into each other at Goodbull in College Station, Texas one night! After that it was history and we were inseparable!

Logan and I were back in Texas for a long weekend for a close friend's wedding! The majority of our friends and family all had work on Friday, June 21, 2024, so we had planned to go to a nice dinner and then meet up with our friends afterward.

We had dinner at Urban Table then decided to go watch the sunset and skip rocks at Lake Bryan, a place we went to all the time while we lived in College Station, Texas!

After skipping rocks for a little bit Logan got on one knee near the water and asked me to spend the rest of his life with him, of course, I said yes!!!

Afterward, Logan had planned a surprise engagement party with our close friends and family and also planned a brunch the following morning with all of my close friends who weren't able to make it the night before!
