Caleb and I met when he came down to Pensacola to visit a mutual friend in early February. Two weeks later he came down again and invited me to come to his BCM formal at Georgia Tech. It was great weekend of getting to know each other and hanging out with friends.

We FINALLY went out on our first date! Caleb quickly learned my love for Chick-fil-A. For our first date, he took me to the Dwarf House Chick-fil-A in Atlanta, GA.

After dinner, we were not ready to head back to see friends so he took me to a cemetery. YES, a cemetery! But this cemetery had a beautiful view of the Atlanta skyline and the sunset. It was a great way to end the day together.

This week I came up to Augusta, GA to meet Caleb's family. He spent the week showing me around Augusta. One of the days, we went strawberry picking. Caleb wandered off while we were there and picked me a bouquet of flowers. To this day, this is still his favorite picture of us.

At the end of the week, it was time to say goodbye for the summer. Caleb spent the summer working with Connect Camps and I spent the summer interning at a church in my hometown. We went back to the Dwarf House for an early lunch before saying goodbye.

I could not go all summer without seeing Caleb so I drove to Tuscaloosa, AL one day to spend just 8 hours with him. Although it was short, it was a great visit to mark the halfway point of the summer.

Finally, the summer was over and we had our first date after the summer. We went to the splatter room in Pensacola and had a lot of fun. What is not pictured is all the paint we had on us when we "accidentally" missed the canvas.

Spent my first birthday with Caleb! We went around all day with my best friend getting all of my "free" gifts from different stores. That night we went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner with my family.

The fall semester started and so did our workload. I spent the first two weeks of the semester with Caleb at Georgia Tech and then had to go home to start a new job. Long distance was hard but we saw each other throughout the school year as much as we could.

This was the first of many GT football games. I knew I had no choice but to become a GT fan.

Our first Thanksgiving together! I spent the week in Augusta with Caleb's family. We spent the week eating great food and enjoying family time together.

Our first Christmas together! Caleb spent the couple days before Christmas in Florida with my family before heading home. While he was here, we traveled with my family to The Bellingrath Gardens in Alabama to see some Christmas lights. After Christmas, I went up to Augusta to spend New Years with Caleb and his family.

Spring semester started and it was Caleb's last semester before graduating with his Bachelor's degree in May. We spent the semester traveling to see each other as often as we could!

Spring semester was filled with GT baseball games whenever I visited Atlanta. They lost pretty much every game I came to, but it was still fun to enjoy the time with Caleb.

THE YES DAY!! Caleb had this day planned for months. He tried to play it off that I was going to take his graduation photos but instead, he proposed to me in front of Tech Tower. He thought he kept this day a surprise, but he's a bad lier and I'm really good at figuring things out.
