When should I RSVP by?
We ask that you RSVP ASAP, but the deadline will be Monday, November 3rd, 2025! You can RSVP here on the website under the RSVP tab. If you aren't able to RSVP by the deadline we will assume you can not make it and count you as a "No". ***Please reach out to Dawson or Meagan with any questions or if you missed the deadline and still can make it!***
How do I get there?
This is the address: 31241 N 159th Ave Surprise, AZ 85387. As you're coming north down 163rd nearing the venue, you will cross over the canal and shortly after you will see flags on the right where you can turn into the private road! You'll follow that down to our parking lot. *Note: if you're following Google Maps, it will tell you to continue down 163rd and turn on 159th, but this road is much bumpier, so keep an eye out for the flags!* https://thewillowaz.com/
What kind of weather should I dress for?
Early December usually averages around 62 degrees and sunny. With that being said, it is Arizona and the highs can get up to 81 degrees in the sun, with the lows averaging around 44-54 degrees at night (Or colder! The desert gets chilly!!). The ceremony will take place outdoors, while the reception will be 1/2 indoors, 1/2 outdoors. We would *HIGHLY* suggest bringing a jacket.
Are we allowed to bring a plus one?
We ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. If you have any questions please reach out to Dawson or Meagan.
Are kids allowed?
While we love your kiddos, we ask our guests to please not bring their children, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Our hope is that you use this as a date night. *We have a list of babysitter recommendations for anyone who may need one!* Please reach out to Dawson or Meagan with any questions!
What is the dress code?
*BLACK* cocktail attire. We would love to see all our friends and family dressed up! With everyone dressed in different shades/patterns of black it will make for great photos!
Girls, think maxi or midi dresses. Mini dresses are okay, but it may be colder at night!
Guys, think button downs with a black suit jacket, a tie isn't necessary unless you would like to wear one then please do! If you have any questions please reach out to Dawson or Meagan!
Can I wear heels?
Yes! It is in the desert, but all areas for guests will be paved and the grass is turf so you should be fine! There will be opportunities to take pictures in the desert if you wish. Block heels would probably be your safest bet!
Can we take pictures during the ceremony?
We will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We have hired a wonderful professional photographer to take pictures during our ceremony. After that, we encourage you to take tons of pictures!
Is there parking?
Yes, there will be parking for up to 50 cars in the main lot. We ask that you do your best to carpool! Cars can be left in the main lot overnight until 10 AM the next morning.
When should I arrive?
We ask that you plan to be at the venue about 15-20 minutes before the start of the ceremony (2:55ish). The ceremony will begin at 3:15 PM. If you arrive during the ceremony, you will be asked to remain outside the venue until it's over.
Will there be an open bar?
Absolutely! Drinks on us, hangover on you! We ask that if you plan on drinking, please have a DD or an Uber planned- we love all of you dearly and want you to get home safely. Your cars can be left in the lot overnight until 10 AM the next morning! Get ready to party!
