It was a hot summer day in the month of June in 2022 when Gio randomly got a friend request on Instagram. It was from a very beautiful girl whom he did not know. He wondered to himself, "Who could this be?" but without anymore hesitation, he accepted the request and followed her back.

After a few days, he decided to text her a dm and she responded. They had great conversations, got to know each other, and found out that they both were going to finish up their degrees at the University of Tampa together while being on the track and cross country teams.

By the time August came around they had talked all summer. They met at a small team gathering right before cross-country camp started, and rumor has it that Gio was scared to make the first move, so Meagan walked up to him and introduced herself.
