About the Hotel:

The Principal Hotel has 34 standard guest rooms and 6 suites. Our hotel, uniquely transformed from a historic school building, offers a charming and elegant setting that beautifully blends the nostalgia of its storied past with the comforts of modern luxury. We believe our venue will provide a memorable backdrop for your wedding celebrations and a delightful experience for you and your guests. To ensure your guests enjoy a seamless and comfortable stay, we can reserve a special block of 20 rooms.

Important Booking Information:

- A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation within the wedding block.

The remaining balance will be due upon check-in. Also, at check-in every guest will be responsible for an additional $100 incidental hold. After inspection of the room the hold will release.

- Reservations must be made within 90 days of the wedding date to guarantee availability within the wedding block. (By May 03,2025)

- After the 90-day period, any unreserved rooms will need to be released to the public.

- You must cancel your reservation 14 days prior to the day of arrival to avoid the penalty of one-night room and tax charged to your credit card.

- Check-in time is guaranteed for anytime after 3:00 PM, checkout time is 10:00 AM.

We do not have a room block for this hotel, but this hotel is 5 minutes away from our venue!
